If you'are a movie fan, you may or may not be aware that Tunisia has a lot to offer to indulge your film making curiosity. It owes in fact some of its popularity to its relationship with the film making industry. Many of its characteristics make it a perfect location to shoot all types of movies. That is why over last few years a hundred of movies have immortalized its desert and some other locations.

This country's desert has appeared in lots of unforgettable films such as The Life of Brian, Raiders of the Lost Ark, the English Patient, or Star Wars, some of the sets of this last example are still intact and are open the visitors.
